A Tennis Training Schedule For Competitive Tennis Players Throughout the Year

Every elite tennis player has a tennis training schedule that is closely followed on a daily basis. A good tennis training schedule should account for the athlete’s training for every part of the day.

A tennis training schedule is probably one of the most important aspects for a competitive tennis player.
Not only will a tennis training plan emphasize and outline a clear goal, but it will keep the athlete on track to make sure that he or she is going in the right direction. Everyone knows that a goal must be outlined with a step by step "action plan" to make sure the person is on the right track, and this is the crucial role that a tennis training schedule plays.

$500 Bank Deposited To Start Our Tennis Trading Venture

Our tennis trading venture is ready to start. $500 have just been deposited in our Betfair account. Funds will be used for trading ATP and WTA tennis matches for profits. Our plan is to update our readers, daily, or as often as a new trade has been performed. We will print-screen for you all our trades, no matter if they are profits or losses. This way you will be permanently updated with our progress.
Once again I want to emphasize that here at LiveTennisTrading.com we are aiming to focus on pure tennis trading and not on tennis betting. This means that we will engage in trades using indicator values such as weight of money and different graphs. We do not rely on other common trading strategies such as 0-40 or 15-40 strategies because those are gambling entry points in our point of view and do not qualify as pure tennis trading tips.

Finding Opportunities When Tennis Trading

Are you new here? Make sure you Subscribe To Sports Trading Life for more FREE Betfair tips, systems and strategy advice when it comes!

When it comes to trading tennis on Betfair I often remind people that the best way to profit from these matches is not necessarily by using a standard strategy but actually by being able to improvise and have the skill set to take advantage of some of the incredibly unique opportunities that the markets can present to you.
When you trade tennis often you will see situations where a player is seriously not with it mentally or physically and the markets are either over-reacting or, sometimes, under-reacting to this.

This is where the opportunities usually lie and we had a great example of this yesterday.

Tennis Hedging Strategy

A couple of times over the past month, I've had a look at trading tennis matches in-play.

These matches generally have high liquidity, but can be very jumpy. I made small gains, but it's clear to me that in order to trade such markets successfully it's essential to have live pictures, or at a minimum, live scores. Even the official 'live scores' direct from the tournament website can be some minutes behind the play, making it very difficult.
This led me to think about an article I'd read some time ago by Peter Webb of Bet Angel fame. I don't have it to hand but, from memory, he was suggesting that, irrespective of your opening position at the start of the match, you can place a closing trade which will have a high probability of being matched - as long as you are not greedy.

Tennis Trading

Tennis is a very dynamic type of sports, so it is very suited for trading bets. In tennis points get scored after every few seconds and the ratio is changing constantly as well. The biggest changes in the ratio happen when a serve is broken or a set has been won. You can earn a lot of money when watching the game live and analysing the performance of the sportsmen if you have the right strategy and you have strong discipline.

The biggest mistake in tennis trading is not following the system and relying on the hope that the sportsman will regain the points needed and still win the game – this usually ends with significant losses. So, to become a winner, you have to be able to control yourself and your emotions.

Grand Theft Roto: Get ready to S.T.E.A.L.

For many of my formative fantasy years, I thought I was the only one who loved trading more than any other aspect of the game. I mean, drafts are fun, auctions are even better and winning is tremendous. But the moment of pulling off a deal and watching everyone else in the league react to the transaction e-mail with outrage and envy beats it all.

Like I said, I thought I was the only one, until I began writing Grand Theft Roto and started receiving e-mails like this.

"I am the greatest fantasy trader in the world! No one deals like me! I fall asleep at night trying to think of ways of turning Mark Buehrle into Max Scherzer. When a waitress offers me more coffee, I counter and get her to make it a latte and a free biscotti thrown in."

Football Trading

Football trading or football betting? Is there a difference, and if yes, then what is the difference?
I believe there is a difference. I also believe that there are many different variations of football trading.
For example I trade using a pre match trading method of my own. I have previously, and am again going to be trading using the Assured Soccer Profits football trading system as well. I’ve also known of others (and have tried it at times myself) who have traded by laying the draw, or have traded the Over/Under 2.5 goals market in running, or Over/Under 1.5 or 3.5 goals.

History of Sports Trading Cards

Sports trading cards may just be pieces of cardboard splashed with printed images of sports figures on one side and their profile and statistics on the other, but their history can be traced back over 120 years.  They have stood the test of time.

Sports trading cards were first produced and offered in the 1880's by tobacco manufacturers who would include them as a free accompaniment to purchasers of their products.  Gum and candy makers soon employed the same marketing strategy and by the 1930's, the collecting of trading cards, along with other sports memorabilia, was rather commonplace.

Money Safety Tips for Travelers

That little girl who came up to you in Rome looked so innocent -- until you realized that she was just distracting you while her father picked your pocket! Unfortunately, this type of petty crime is all too common around the world, especially in popular tourist areas. Whether they're fumbling through guidebooks or gawking at new sights, tourists are often unaware of their surroundings, making them easy prey for thieves. Luckily, a little bit of common sense and preparation can go a long way toward keeping this from happening to you.

Where to Keep Your Valuables

The most important rule of the road is to make sure you keep your money, credit and debit cards, and passport in a money pouch all times while you're in transit. We don't recommend carrying anything valuable in a purse, which is too easily snatched, or a backpack, which can be opened without your noticing. Even a wallet kept in your front pocket can be taken by an experienced pickpocket.

How to Fill Out a Money Order

Money orders are safer than checks, for purchaser and recipient. Since a money order is prepaid, it can't “bounce” or overdraw the purchaser’s bank account. Money orders can be cashed all over and are handy for those without bank accounts. Filling one out can be tricky, especially if you rarely do it. Here's how!

1. Start by buying a money order for the desired amount. Make sure that the amount you paid and the amount printed on the money order are the same.

2. Immediately write the name of the person or company whom you wish to pay. Write your account number with the company to which you are sending the money order, or include any other important identifying information on this line if there is no other line designated for this information.

How to Trade in Stocks Online

Trading in stocks online is not like shopping at your local major retailer, where prices are set. Because investments are priced in real time through active bidding between buyers and sellers, there are techniques to buying and selling. When dealing with investments, you have five main ways to buy or sell them online:
  • Market orders: This is the most common type of order. You tell your broker to sell your shares at the best price or to buy shares at the current price. Because these orders are executed almost immediately and are straightforward, they typically have the lowest commissions.

10 Tips to Mend a Broken Heart

Bess Myerson once wrote that “to fall in love is awfully simple, but to fall out of love is simply awful.” Especially if you are the one who wanted the relationship to last.
Mending a broken heart is never easy. There is no quick way to stop your heart from hurting so much.
To stop loving isn’t an option. Author Henri Nouwen writes, “When those you love deeply reject you, leave you, or die, your heart will be broken. But that should not hold you back from loving deeply. The pain that comes from deep love makes your love ever more fruitful.”
But how do we get beyond the pain? Here are 10 tips I’ve gathered from experts and from conversations with friends on how they patched up their heart and tried, ever so gradually, to move on.

Cesc Fabregas: Subject to another bid from United

Manchester United have made a second bid for Barcelona and Spain midfielder Cesc Fabregas, boss David Moyes has confirmed.

United announced last Monday that they had made a first offer for the former Arsenal star, and Moyes said at a press conference in Yokohama that a second offer had been lodged.

Executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward returned to the UK ahead of schedule last Wednesday to carry out some urgent transfer business, and Moyes confirmed: "As I understand it, Ed had a response (to the first offer). We have made a second offer but Ed is dealing with it rather than me."

Where to Sell Your Baseball Cards

Looking for someone who will buy your baseball card or sports card collection? Bear in mind that dealers won't automatically buy just anything. Buying and selling baseball cards is their means of livelihood, so if they don't think they can turn a profit from purchasing your collection, they are unlikely to buy it from you.
If your collection mainly consists of late 1980's and early to mid 1990's baseball cards then it is for all intensive purposes worthless. This is a result of the gross overproduction of sports cards during this era. If you are lucky enough to find someone to purchase these kinds of cards the payout would hardly even warrant the gas or shipping expenses incurred in completing the transaction. You are much better off donating the cards to charity. In addition to helping a good cause, in many cases your donation can be used as a tax write off come April. Find out more about why your sports cards from the early 90's are worthless. But bear in mind that there are some exceptions.

Maicon leaves Manchester City to join Roma

Manchester City right-back Maicon has completed a permanent move to Italian side Roma  for an undisclosed fee.

Maicon, 31, failed to impress in his only season with City after joining from Inter Milan on transfer deadline-day last August for a reported £3m fee.

The Brazil international struggled for form and fitness throughout, making 13 appearances  in all competitions.

The transfer sees Maicon return to Serie A after previously enjoying a trophy-laden six-year spell with Inter.

Making money watching sport with The Sports Trading Club tipped as the business to watch in 2013

There are two reasons for the phenomenal growth in professional sports. The first is it makes money. And the second is it makes money.
That pro sports is primarily a major profit industry has not been news for 15 years. Players first rate themselves on their salary. Then, their scoring average. Franchises have become blockbuster capital gains investments. And sports broadcasting rights can make or break networks.
Two of the most dynamic growth industries of the past 25 years have been computer science and sports trading. From a standing start, they are now both multi-billion-dollar giants.
No one can doubt their impact. Today, American industry is programmed by computers and American leisure time is programmed by sports.

Leading Economists Predict The Best And Worst Sectors To Invest In 2013

Two leading international investors and economist reveal their opposing predictions of the best and worst sectors to invest in 2013 with the Sports Trading Club hailed as a rising star.

Online PR News – 27-December-2012 – In his book "How to Make Money in Stocks," famed investor and founder of the Investor's Business Daily publication William J. O'Neill suggested that the performance of the sector and industry in which a stock is categorized ultimately determines one-third of an individual stock's performance.

In other words, just by picking the right industry (or avoiding the wrong one), an investor is well on the road to solid profits.

After being picked by one of the world’s leading economists as the rising star to follow in 2013, The Sports Trading Club explains how its policy of making others rich first, works.
Some pursue this dream the company builder way, setting up large hierarchical organizations and having people work for them: making themselves rich by making others poor.

Why All The Top Investors Are Scrambling To Join The Sports Trading Club

Warren Buffett, perhaps history's greatest investor, once urged people to "be fearful when others are greedy and greedy when others are fearful."

This prompted one leading economist to make his top tip for 2013 outside of Wall Street. Who did he pick and why?

Online PR News – 30-December-2012 –When Peter B. Kenen, a leading international economist and an expert on the Eurozone, in his last media interview earlier this month, predicted that The Sports Trading Club is a rising star to follow in 2013, it got investors scrambling to learn what all the fuss is about.
